If you are not completely satisfied with your Sick Series order, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Select the item you want to return and add the reason for returning to your returning slip. This returning slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Please include the return detail slip for the order you are returning.

Packages that are not carriage free will not be accepted!
We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.
We do not refund shipping charges.
If your order was purchased with a voucher, your refund will be issued to a new voucher, sent to the shipping address on your order.
