If you want to cancel your order, please write an email to support@nineyard.world as soon as possible with your order number. As long as the order has not been packed, we can cancel it. You will then receive a notification email and we will refund your payment immediately.
If the shipment has already been prepared for shipping, we cannot cancel the order. You can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days after you have received the goods and return the goods to us.
